Pageant Details
Participation Fees
Our Entry Fee (All Ages) - $350. A $150 deposit towards your total entry fee is due before December 31, 2025. After December 31st, 2025, by March 1st, 2026, the fee shall be paid in full $350.
Fully paid Registrations by December 31, 2025, will receive a $50 discounted rate of $300 total entry fee.
All contestants compete in all four categories and are scored on 1 -10 scale each: Interview (25%), Photogenic (25%), Fashion Wear (25%), Evening Gown (25%).
Optional Category: Mother & Daughter, Generational Women (Grandmother, Daughter, Granddaughter)
 We offer to meet with our winners to discuss strengths and areas for improvement, especially in preparation for Internationals.
We provide contestants’ scores and the high score in each category, while maintaining confidentiality. 
Contestants can obtain judges' written comments. Blank score cards are available to be viewed before the pageant, so you know what the judges are scoring. 
Opening Walk:
 There will be a simple runway-style walk. Delegates' attire will be announced for the opening walk. The opening number is not judged. Delegates will introduce themselves during the opening walk. 
Scoring: 
Scoring will be conducted on a 10-point scale:
 * 9-10 = Excellent 
* 7-8 = Very Good 
* 5-6 = Good 
* 3-4 = Average 
* 1-2 = Below Average 
Areas of Competition 
(Covered by $350 Entry Fee): 
Judging consists of four categories:
Photogenic (25%), Private Interview (25%), Fashion (25%), Evening Gown (25%),
The highest composite scores will determine the finalists
Photogenic (25%)
Judges will score the photo from 1-10 based on the following criteria: photogenic appeal, photo quality & clarity, personality (pose), flattering attire, and grooming. 
Delegates must possess photogenic appeal and the ability to project an image consistent with beauty and elegance. 
Photo Requirements: 
* Submit an electronic color headshot for photo entry.
* Bring an 8x10 portrait (physical copy) to pageant registration on May 9, 2026.
* No crowns or Banners in the Photo. 
* Photos do not have to be professional; however, they should be of good quality and clarity. 
* The delegate must submit a copyright release if required by her photographer.
* Returning delegates may submit the same photo a maximum of two consecutive years, so long as they are representing the same title that is depicted in the image. 
* Emailed photos are acceptable if scanned at 300 dpi. 
* Must be received no later than April 1, 2026.
Private Interview (25%)
Interviews will be conducted “panel style”. “Panel style” is similar to a press conference. The delegate will introduce herself and field questions posed by the panel while standing in the middle front of the interview room.
Competition details: 
* The interview focuses primarily on delegates' personal information (e.g., hobbies, ambition, etc.) but may include opinion questions that require general knowledge of social and current events.
* Wear a dress, cocktail suit, or pantsuit for the interview competition. Judges will score the interview portion from 1-10. 
* The delegate’s total interview score will be multiplied by 1 to account for 25% of the preliminary total score. 
* Judging criteria: conversational skill, personality, demeanor, beauty, grooming, and fashion sense. 
Fashion (25%)
Competition details:
* Judges will score the fashion portion 1-10. 
* Judging criteria: modeling skills, flair, and style.
* Includes a cutting-edge flair for fashion, reflecting personal individual style on the runway.
* No Swimwear.
* No large props, such as wings, are permitted. 
* Accessories are ok: jewelry, scarves, hats, glasses. (But no glitter, or throwing anything) 
Evening Gown (25%) 
The delegates must carry themselves with dignity, grace, poise, and elegance. Judges will not be evaluating the cost or designer label of the gown, but rather how well it suits the delegate (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as the delegate's on-stage presentation. 
Competition details: 
* Judges will score the evening gown portion from 1-10, considering the following criteria: 
* Evening gowns must be floor-length and relay elegance and sophistication. 
* The delegate will be guided on the stage walk to present themselves in their favorite evening gown.
* Judging considerations: modeling, personality, poise, beauty, grooming, fit, and fashion sense.

Mother & Daughter Duo
A mother-daughter duo consists of mothers and daughter delegates of all ages, who can also be mother-in-law, step, or non-biological delegates must carry themselves with dignity, grace, poise, and elegance. Delegates must also participate in the pageant appropriate category. Duo is encouraged to showcase garments of their choice, reflective of their personalities and or relationship. Judges will not be evaluating the cost or designer label of the garments, but rather how well they suit the delegates (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as their on-stage presentation. 
Generational
A multi-generational group consists of 3 or more mothers and daughter delegates of all ages, who can also be mother-in-law, step, or non-biological delegates must carry themselves with dignity, grace, poise, and elegance. Delegates must also participate in the pageant appropriate category. The group is encouraged to showcase garments of their choice, reflective of their personalities and or relationships. Judges will not be evaluating the cost or designer label of the garments, but rather how well they suit the delegates (e.g., fit, color, style) as well as the group's on-stage presentation. 
SPECIAL AWARDS
 Best Interview 
Top score in the junior and senior division in the Personal Interview. 
People’s Choice Award 
All contestants entered for free. Public votes are $1.00 each. The highest vote-getter in junior and senior divisions will win a title and full prize package (OR) cash prize. 
Optional Awards
There are 2 optional competitions that contestants in each age division can compete in. 
Rookie of the Year Award
Awarded to a contestant who exemplified the spirit of pageantry. This award is typically presented to a contestant who is new to pageantry.
Note: Delegate must represent and warrant that she is a female -- recognized medically and legally as a female in the United States. If her gender or sex designated at birth was not female, she must represent and warrant that: (a) she has fully completed sex reassignment (which can be certified by a physician, if requested Pageant Director); and (b) and she received and can provide (if requested by Pageant Director) legal recognition of her assigned sex as female by the U.S. Federal government or her U.S. state of residence. Documents acceptable for such legal recognition include a driver’s license or ID card issued by her state of residence, birth certificate, U.S. Passport, or Social Security card. Eligibility for country, regional, cultural, state and city titles is determined by meeting at least one of the following criteria:  Current or prior residency in the country, region, state, city * Current or prior employment in the country, region, state, city * Current or prior property owner in the country, region, state, city *Born in the country, region, state, city * 25% cultural heritage for cultural / country titles.
Select Your Division Category
Must be 4 to 5 years of age as of the Regency International pageant in July 2026
​​​​​​​Must be 6 to 7 years age as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​ Must be 8 to 10 years of age as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​Must be 11 to 12 years of age as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​Must be unmarried, at least 13 and no older than 15 on the date of the International Pageant.
​​​​​​​Must be unmarried, at least 16 and no older than 18 on the date of the International Pageant
18 and above who are divorced, widowed, have child, and 29 and above never married, to 44 on the date of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​Must be unmarried and at least 19 years of age, and not 29 years of age as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​Must be legally married aged 18 to 44, as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​ Must be 45 or older, Married or Single as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​ Must be 19 size 14w and up as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
​​​​​​​Must be age 60 and up as of the International Pageant in July 2026.
